In most portfolios, floor plans are the last data to be normalised. Lease data is in the property management system. Assets are in the CAFM. But the floor plan — the spatial foundation everything else references — sits in a shared drive as a PDF nobody owns. IDN Floorplate structures that spatial data the way owners need it: precise demising lines, BOMA-compliant usable / rentable / load-factor areas, and suite IDs that flow into the rest of the IDN platform.

    Suite Demarcation & Area Calculation

    Suite boundaries are demised and areas computed against BOMA — usable, rentable, and load factor where required.

    Symbology & Layer Standardisation

    A consistent symbol library and layer convention is applied, with documented layer keys.

    Multi-Format Output Generation

    PDF, DWG, mobile report, and CAFM data package are produced from the single normalised source.
